Monroe Manufacturing began in 2015 and became Monroe Manufacturing Company, LLC in 2024, carrying forward nearly a decade of expertise. Our name honors the founder’s grandfather, Roy Monroe, whose legacy of pride, craftsmanship, and precision continues to guide everything we do.
Rooted in Texas values, with shops in Montgomery and Spring, TX, we combine tradition with innovation to deliver high-quality solutions that industries can trust.
