Monroe Manufacturing began in 2015 as a small but determined division within another company. What started with a handful of machines and a commitment to doing things right quickly earned a reputation for precision, reliability, and integrity. That strong foundation led to the official incorporation of Monroe Manufacturing Company, LLC in 2024.
Today, Monroe Manufacturing is more than a machine shop we are a full-scale manufacturing partner trusted by industries where precision and performance are critical, including aerospace, oil & gas, consumer goods, and industrial equipment. Our advanced capabilities in CNC machining, high-precision laser cutting, welding, press-brake forming, and finishing allow us to deliver parts and assemblies that meet the highest technical standards.
